At Humanlogica.com, we strive to deliver high-quality AI training, workshops, and online learning experiences. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before enrolling or making a purchase.


1. Online Courses (Pre-Recorded & Self-Paced)

All purchases of online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, except in the case of:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the course (and cannot be resolved within 7 working days)

  • Accidental duplicate payment

To request support or a refund for these exceptions, contact:

2. Live Training, Workshops & Webinars

Refunds for live or scheduled sessions are only available if:

  • The participant cancels in writing at least 5 working days before the training date (eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees).

  • The session is cancelled or postponed by Humanlogica (eligible for 100% refund or rescheduling).

No refund will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the session


3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

For monthly or annual subscriptions:

  • You may cancel anytime, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the term.

  • Access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.


4. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7–14 working days

  • Via the original payment method
